Understand the workspace overview

The workspace overview is your command center: what needs attention, content by status, the review queue, project health, and quick actions.

OverviewFor EveryoneUpdated October 1, 2026

The workspace overview is the first screen you see in a workspace. It is your command center: what needs attention, where content is in the workflow, what is scheduled, and the quick actions to keep work moving.

Who this is for

Everyone who works in a workspace — owners, admins, and the wider team.

What the overview shows

  • Needs attention — the items ranked by what can block publishing or needs a decision, such as a review awaiting action or a project whose setup is incomplete (with a Finish Setup shortcut).
  • This week — scheduled publish jobs for each day from Monday to Sunday, in your local time, and how many jobs are queued in total, with a link to the Content Calendar.
  • Content workflow — counts of content by status: Draft, In Review, Needs Changes, Approved, Scheduled, Publishing, Published, Failed, and Archived. See Understand content statuses.
  • Upcoming publishing — the next scheduled items, each with its latest pre-publish check result when one has run.
  • Review queue — counts of internal, Client Reviewer and changes-requested reviews, and the open requests waiting on a decision.
  • Project health — each project's connection and setup state.
  • Recent activity — the latest workspace events.
  • Quick actions — jump straight to New Project, Content, the Review Queue, or the Content Calendar.
  • Workspace totals — projects, Content Items, media, and clients (excluding Archive and Trash).

Find your way around

The left sidebar groups everything: Projects and Clients under Main, and Team, Billing, Notifications, Settings, and Logs under Workspace. The top bar holds the workspace switcher, the project switcher, search, and the Create button.

Note
When you select a specific project from the project switcher, the sidebar changes to that project's tools — Content, Media, Reviews, Publishing, Logs, GitHub Setup, and Deployment Setup.

What happens next

Use the overview as your daily starting point. From here, set up a project, move content through review, and watch the status counts change as work progresses.
