The Compare Plans screen lays out each plan side by side with its limits and billing period, so you can choose the right fit for your workspace.

Who this is for
Workspace Owners comparing plans before choosing one.
Open Compare Plans
Open your workspace, go to Billing, and choose Upgrade Plan. The Compare Plans screen opens. You can also compare plans on the public pricing page.
What the screen shows
- A Billing Period toggle for Monthly or Yearly (Yearly is offered at a discount — Save 20%).
- A card for each plan with who it is for and the limits it includes — things like Team Members, Projects, Client Reviewers per project, Custom Content Types, scheduled items, and published items per month.
- Your current plan is marked, and each other plan has an action to choose it.
- An Enterprise option for custom needs, with a way to request it.
How to read the plans
Plans scale from individual creators up to agencies managing many client websites. Pick the plan whose limits comfortably cover your real usage — check your Usage and plan limits first so you choose limits that fit.
What happens next
When you pick a plan and continue, you go to the secure payment step, and the plan activates after payment is confirmed. See Choose a plan and Payment and Secure Payment.
