Read your billing activity
The Billing page shows your plan, Workspace Access, Usage Snapshot, Plan Details, and a Billing Activity summary, with payment status that updates after payment is confirmed.
The Billing page is where you see everything about your workspace plan in one place — your current plan, access state, usage, plan details, and a record of billing changes. This reference explains what each part shows.
Who this is for
Workspace Owners, who manage billing. Admins can view the Billing page.
What the Billing page shows
The main column:
- Your current plan — the plan name and status, the billing period (Monthly or Yearly) when you have one, the price, and your trial or billing-period dates.
- Plan Usage — your plan counters and how close each is to its limit. See Usage and plan limits.
- Billing Activity — a record of trial, access and plan changes. Plan changes appear here after payment is confirmed.
Beside it:
- Workspace Access — whether scheduling, publishing, GitHub commits and deployment triggers, and the Client Reviewer Portal are enabled, plus the renewal, trial-end or period-end date.
- Plan Limits — the fixed caps included with your plan.
- Payment Status — how payment is handled, its current status, and the billing period. Card details are entered only on the payment provider's secure page.
- Workspaces — how many workspaces you own; your first workspace includes the trial and each additional workspace is a paid plan billed separately.
- Need Help? — a link to Support for charges, failed payments, payment methods, or cancelling a paid plan.
To change plans, use Upgrade Plan (or Choose Plan) at the top of the page.
Reading billing activity
Billing Activity is a record of plan changes for the workspace. Because access updates on confirmation, plan changes appear here after payment is confirmed — not the moment you return from payment.
When something looks off
If a plan change has not appeared, confirm the payment completed and give confirmation a moment — see Payment and Secure Payment. For limit questions, check Plan Usage.
