Read the workspace activity log

The workspace Activity log is a read-only, sanitized audit feed of important events across people, content, reviews, publishing, integrations, billing, and security.

ReferenceFor Owners and AdminsUpdated October 1, 2026

The workspace Activity log is a read-only, sanitized record of important events across your workspace. Use it to see what happened, who did it, and when — across people, content, reviews, publishing, integrations, billing, and security.

Who this is for

Workspace Owners and Admins, who review what is happening in the workspace.

Open the Activity log

  1. Open your workspace and go to Logs.
  2. Choose Activity.

The page lists events newest first, with search and filters above the list.

What the feed shows

Each event shows the Event (with a short summary), the Actor, its Category, and When it happened. Events that deserve a closer look are marked Watch. Select an event to open its details. Narrow the feed with:

  • Search — find an event, actor, target, or summary.
  • Category — such as Team, Client Reviewers, Clients, Projects, Content, Reviews, Publishing, Integrations, Billing, and Security.
  • Project and Date (last 7 days, last 30 days, or all retained events).

Filters apply as you choose them; Clear resets them.

Safe by design

Note
The Activity log is read-only and sanitized. Sensitive technical details, tokens, and private URLs are not shown. It is a supportability view over retained audit records, not a place that exposes secrets.

Retention

Activity is retained according to your workspace plan and shown for a recent window. The page is read-only; an export is planned. For publishing-specific history, use Publish Logs and Deployment Logs.
