Use the Review Queue

The Review Queue shows every review across your projects (or one project) — what is waiting, who decided, and what is ready — filtered by kind, status and project.

GuideFor Owners, Admins, and ManagersUpdated October 1, 2026

The Review Queue is where you see everything waiting on a review decision — across your projects or inside one project — what changed, and what is ready for its next step. This guide covers using it.

Who this is for

Owners, Admins, and Managers, who track and act on items in review. Other Team Members can open the queue too; Authors see only the items they created or were assigned.

Open the Review Queue

  1. Open your workspace and go to Reviews to see every project's queue in one list, or open the Client Reviewers view and choose Open Review Queue.
  2. To focus on one website, open the project and choose Reviews — the same queue, limited to that project.
  3. Use the badges at the top for a quick count: items that need internal review, items with Client Reviewers, items that need changes, and approved items.

What the queue shows

Each item in the queue shows:

  • Item — the title, its Content Type (Post, Page, or a Custom Content Type), and its slug.
  • Kind — Client when the item's project shares reviews with Client Reviewers through the Client Reviewer Portal, otherwise Internal. A Manager can still decide a Client item.
  • Reviewer — who made the decision, or who the item is waiting on.
  • Project — the project the item belongs to (in the workspace view).
  • Status — In Review, Needs Changes, Approved, or Cancelled.
  • Updated — when the review last changed.

Filter by Kind, Status, and (in the workspace view) Project, and search by title or slug to find an item quickly.

Act on an item

Open an item from the queue to read it and act: leave comments, and approve or request changes if your role allows. See Approve or request changes.

Note
Every review stays tied to its project, so internal review and Client Reviewer delivery always point at the right website, even in the workspace-wide view.
