Switch between workspaces

Move between your workspaces with the workspace switcher, and understand how each workspace keeps its own clients, projects, content, and billing.

GuideFor EveryoneUpdated June 7, 2026

If you run more than one workspace, you move between them with the workspace switcher. Each workspace keeps its own clients, projects, content, team, and billing, fully separate from the others.

Who this is for

Anyone who belongs to more than one workspace — for example an agency owner with separate workspaces, or someone who is a Team Member in one workspace and has their own in another.

Switch workspaces

  1. Open the workspace switcher in the top bar (it shows the current workspace name and your role).
  2. Choose the workspace you want to work in.
  3. Acrosite loads that workspace's overview, and the sidebar now reflects its projects and settings.
Note
The workspace switcher is for selecting a workspace and for Create New Workspace only. Workspace settings and billing live in the sidebar, not in the switcher.

How workspaces stay separate

Each workspace is independent: its clients, projects, content, Team Members, Client Reviewers, plan, and usage limits belong to that workspace alone. Switching does not move or share anything between workspaces.

What happens next

Work in the selected workspace as usual. To add another workspace, your account includes one free trial workspace; additional workspaces require a paid plan. See Billing, trial, and plan limits.

Troubleshooting

  • I only see one workspace. You currently belong to one workspace. Create another (a paid plan is required beyond your trial workspace), or accept an invitation to join one.
  • I cannot find a project. Make sure you are in the right workspace — projects belong to a single workspace.
