Open an Acrosite invitation email, accept it, and join as a Team Member or Client Reviewer for the workspace or project you were invited to.

GuideFor Invited Team Members and Client ReviewersUpdated October 1, 2026

When someone invites you to an Acrosite workspace or to review a project, you receive an email invitation. Accepting it joins you to that workspace as a Team Member or to that project as a Client Reviewer. This guide walks through accepting.

Who this is for

People invited to help run a workspace (Team Members) or to review content for a project (Client Reviewers).

Before you start

  • The invitation email from Acrosite.
  • An email address you can sign in with — ideally the one the invitation was sent to.

Accept the invitation

  1. Open the invitation email from Acrosite.
  2. Choose the accept link in the email. Acrosite opens the acceptance page.
  3. Sign in, or create your account if you do not have one yet.
  4. Select Accept Invitation. A welcome confirms the workspace and your role (or that you are now a Client Reviewer); select Open Workspace or Open Client Reviews to continue.
Note
Invitation links are single-use and time-limited. The raw link appears once, in the email, and is not stored in Acrosite — so keep the email until you have accepted.

What happens next

  • If you accepted a Team Member invitation, you join the workspace with the role you were given and can work from the workspace app.
  • If you accepted a Client Reviewer invitation, you join that one project as a review-only stakeholder and work from the Client Reviewer portal — you do not get workspace settings, GitHub, or billing access.

Next, complete your profile so your name appears clearly on your comments and approvals.

Troubleshooting

  • The link expired or was already used. Ask the person who invited you to resend the invitation.
  • I was invited at a different email. Accept with the email the invitation was sent to, or ask the inviter to re-send it to the address you want to use.

Frequently asked questions
