Your 14-day free trial

How the 14-day free trial works: add a payment method to start, no subscription fee during the trial, when the first charge happens, and how to cancel before it.

OverviewFor OwnersUpdated June 8, 2026

Acrosite starts with a 14-day free trial so you can set everything up and try publishing before your first charge. This page explains how the trial starts, what it costs (nothing during the trial), how the first charge works, and how to cancel.

Who this is for

Workspace Owners, who manage billing. Anyone evaluating Acrosite can use this to understand the trial.

Starting the trial

To start your trial, you choose a plan and billing period, confirm your workspace details, and add a payment method on our payment provider's secure page. Acrosite never sees or stores your card details.

A payment method is required to start the trial because it helps us prevent misuse of free trials. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Your trial workspace is created as soon as your payment method is confirmed, which usually takes a moment.

Before you continue to the secure payment page, Acrosite shows you:

  • the plan, billing period, amount, and currency you will be charged — trials are priced and charged in US dollars (USD), whatever your billing country, and your card issuer may add its own conversion fee;
  • how tax is handled for that plan;
  • the date your trial ends and your first charge happens — 14 days after your payment method is confirmed;
  • how to cancel before the first charge.
Note
Your first standard trial is included with your account, once. Creating an additional workspace uses a paid plan — see Pay for additional workspaces. If you were invited as a Team Member or Client Reviewer, you never need a payment method to join someone else's workspace.

What the trial includes

The trial includes everything you need to evaluate Acrosite end to end: create a project, connect GitHub, create Posts, Pages, and Custom Content Types, and publish. Trial limits apply during the trial; your chosen plan's limits apply once your first charge is confirmed.

Where to see your trial

Open your workspace and go to Billing. The Your Trial section shows when your trial ends, the plan you chose, and your first charge amount. The exact end date comes from our payment provider.

When the trial ends

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan you chose is charged on the trial end date and then renews each billing period until you cancel. Your plan's limits apply as soon as the payment is confirmed.

If the first charge does not go through, scheduling and publishing pause until billing is resolved. Your existing content stays in place. See Payment and Secure Payment.

Cancel before the first charge

Open Billing and choose Cancel Trial in the Your Trial section. After you confirm, our payment provider cancels the subscription before the first charge, so you are not charged. Billing shows the cancellation as confirmed once our payment provider records it, and you receive a confirmation email.

You can keep using the workspace until the trial end date. After that, scheduling and publishing pause until you choose a plan. You can also manage the subscription from Manage on Secure Payment Page.
