How payment works in Acrosite: you continue to a secure payment step, and your paid access activates only after the payment is confirmed — not just by returning from the payment page.
Acrosite uses a secure payment step to start a paid plan. The most important thing to understand is that your access activates only after your payment is confirmed — not simply by returning from the payment page. This page explains the flow.
Who this is for
Workspace Owners, who pay for the plan.
The payment flow
- From Billing, choose Upgrade Plan and pick a plan and billing period.
- Continue to Payment — payment starts only after you continue.
- Complete the payment securely.
- Acrosite confirms the payment, and your workspace access updates.
Confirmation is what activates access
This is the key rule:
Confirmation usually follows quickly. Once it lands, your plan is active and the change appears in your Billing Activity.
Reading payment status
The Billing page shows your current payment status — for example, that no billing action is needed, or that a payment was started and access is waiting for confirmation. The Workspace Access card reflects whether paid actions are currently allowed.
