My payment is not confirmed

You completed payment but your plan has not activated. Because access updates only after payment is confirmed, here is what to check.

TroubleshootingFor OwnersUpdated June 8, 2026

You completed payment, but your plan has not activated. In Acrosite, paid access updates only after payment is confirmed — not the moment you return from the payment page. This guide explains what to check.

How activation works

When you pay, Acrosite waits for the payment to be confirmed before changing your access. If you return to the Billing page before confirmation, you may see that a payment was started but paid access is still waiting. See Payment and Secure Payment.

What to check

  1. Give confirmation a moment. Confirmation usually follows quickly. Wait briefly, then refresh the Billing page.
  2. Read the Payment Status. The Billing page shows whether a payment is still waiting for confirmation. The Workspace Access card reflects whether paid actions are allowed yet.
  3. Confirm the payment actually completed on your side (your card or payment method went through).

Still not active

If your plan has not activated after a reasonable wait and the payment completed, contact us from the contact page with the approximate time of your payment. Do not include card numbers, payment provider identifiers, or other sensitive details.

Important
Returning from the payment step alone does not activate a plan — confirmation does. This is a safety feature, not a fault. Plan changes appear in your Billing Activity after payment is confirmed.
