A Client Reviewer cannot access content
Your client cannot see the content you wanted them to review. Here is how to check their invitation, the project, and whether the item was shared.
A client you invited cannot see the content you wanted them to review. Because Client Reviewers are intentionally limited to assigned content, this is usually about the invitation, the project, or whether the item was shared. This guide checks each.
Who this is for
Workspace Owners and Admins, who invite and manage Client Reviewers.
Check, in order
- The invitation was accepted. Open the workspace Team page, Client Reviewers view, and confirm the reviewer accepted their invitation. If it is still pending, resend it. See Manage pending invitations.
- The right project. A Client Reviewer is invited to one project. Confirm they were invited to the project whose content you want them to review. See Invite a Client Reviewer.
- The content was shared. A reviewer sees an item once it has been submitted for review. Confirm the item was submitted, and check its Client Delivery state. See Submit content for review.
What a Client Reviewer can and cannot see
A Client Reviewer only sees assigned content in their portal — they cannot see other projects, your repository, billing, the team, or workspace settings. That isolation is by design and is not a fault. See How Client Reviewers stay isolated.
