Billing, trial, and plan limits
How the free trial works, what each plan meters, and where to manage your plan and payment inside the app.
Acrosite starts with a free trial so you can set everything up and try publishing before you pay. This page explains the trial, what plans meter, and where to manage your plan and payment.
Who this is for
Workspace Owners, who manage billing. Admins can view billing; only the Owner can change the plan or payment.
The free trial
Your first workspace begins on a 14-day free trial, with everything you need to evaluate Acrosite: create a project, connect GitHub, create content, and publish. To start it, you choose a plan and add a payment method; no subscription fee is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the plan you chose is charged when the trial ends.
What plans meter
Acrosite plans differ by the limits they include rather than by locking features. The things a plan meters include:
- Projects — how many websites you can manage.
- Team Members — how many people can help run the workspace.
- Client Reviewers per project — how many reviewers each project can have.
- Custom Content Types — how many you can define.
- Scheduled items — how many publishes can be queued at once.
- Published items per month — how many items you can publish in a billing period.
- Media — the per-file upload size and your monthly media allowance.
- Log retention — how long Publish Logs and activity are kept.
You can see your current usage against these limits on the Billing page, under Usage.
Plans and billing periods
Acrosite offers monthly and yearly billing, with yearly priced at a discount versus paying monthly. Public plans scale from solo creators up to agencies; Enterprise is custom and arranged by contacting our team.
For current plan names, limits, and prices, see the pricing page.
Manage your plan and payment
To review or change your plan:
- Open your workspace and go to Billing.
- Review your current plan, usage, and renewal under their sections.
- Use Upgrade Plan to choose a plan and billing period, then continue to the secure payment step.
Troubleshooting
- I hit a limit. Check the Billing page's Usage section to see which limit, then upgrade or reduce usage (for example, remove unused projects or scheduled items).
- My trial is ending. Your chosen plan is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. To avoid the charge, choose Cancel Trial in Billing before the trial end date.
- I need a custom plan or higher limits. Enterprise plans are arranged individually — contact us.
- I want another workspace. Additional workspaces beyond your trial workspace require a paid plan.
