Find content with the Content Items list
Scan every Post, Page, and Custom Content Type item in a project, filter by type and status, search, and open an item to edit or review it.
The Content Items list is where you find and manage every piece of content in a project — Posts, Pages, and Custom Content Type items — in one scannable view. This guide covers using it.
Who this is for
Editors and Authors, and anyone who needs to find content quickly and open it to edit or review.
Open the Content Items list
- Open a project and go to Content Items (the Content Overview).
- The page summarises your content — how many items are in the current view, how many content types you have, what needs attention, and what is publishing.
Find content fast
Narrow the list with the controls at the top:
- Search by title or slug.
- Content Type — filter to Posts, Pages, or a specific Custom Content Type.
- Sort — order the list, for example by Last Updated.
- Status chips — filter by workflow status: All, Draft, In Review, Needs Changes, Approved, Scheduled, Publishing, Published, Failed, Archived, or Trash.
Read a row
Each row shows the item's Title, its Status, its Custom Fields, when it was last Updated, and the actions you can take. Open a row to edit or review the item; the detailed writing, review, scheduling, and publishing controls live inside the item.
Row actions
From a row you can Edit the item, Duplicate it to start a copy, Archive it to set it aside, or Move To Trash. See Archive, Trash, and restore content for what those do.
