Switch between workspace and client access
If you have both Team Member access and Client Reviewer access, Acrosite lets you choose which context to enter so workspace work and client review stay separate.
Some people use Acrosite in two ways at once — as a Team Member inside a workspace and as a Client Reviewer for a project. When that happens, Acrosite lets you choose which context to enter so the two stay separate. This page explains it.
Who this is for
People who have both workspace (Team Member) access and Client Reviewer access.
Two kinds of access
The two contexts are deliberately separate:
- Workspace access — the full workspace app, where you run projects, content, and publishing according to your role.
- Client review access — the Client Reviewer Portal, where you review assigned content for a project and nothing else. See The Client Reviewer portal.
Keeping them separate means client review work never mixes with workspace operations.
Choosing your context
If your account has both kinds of access, Acrosite lets you choose which to enter:
- Choose workspace access to work inside the workspace app.
- Choose client review access to open the Client Reviewer Portal for the project you review.
If you only have one kind of access, you go straight to it — there is nothing to choose.
Accepting access
You gain each kind of access by accepting an invitation — a Team Member invitation for workspace access, or a Client Reviewer invitation for review access. See Accept a workspace or review invitation.
