Usage and plan limits

What your plan meters — Projects, Team Members, Client Reviewers, Custom Content Types, scheduled and published items, media, and log retention — and where to see your usage.

ReferenceFor OwnersUpdated October 1, 2026

Acrosite plans differ by the limits they include rather than by locking features away. This reference explains what a plan meters and where to see your current usage.

Who this is for

Workspace Owners, who manage the plan and watch usage. Admins can view billing.

What a plan meters

Your plan sets limits on these workspace counters:

  • Projects — how many websites you can manage.
  • Team Members — how many people can help run the workspace (pending invitations count too).
  • Client Reviewers per project — how many reviewers each project can have.
  • Custom Content Types — how many you can define.
  • Active Scheduled Items — how many publishes can be queued at once.
  • Published items per month — how many items you can publish in a billing period.
  • Media — the per-file upload size and your monthly media processing allowance.
  • Log retention — how long Publish Logs and activity records are kept.

See your usage

Open your workspace and go to Billing. Plan Usage shows each counter as "used / limit" with a bar that turns amber from 70% of the limit and red from 90%, so you can spot what is close to its limit. Plan Limits lists the caps for your current plan.

Note
Plan limits vary by plan, so this page does not list specific numbers. Your live limits are on the Billing page, and the pricing page compares plans.

When you reach a limit

An AT LIMIT counter blocks the related action until you free capacity or move to a higher plan. For example, hitting the published-items limit blocks more publishing that period. To resolve it, reduce usage (such as removing unused projects or scheduled items) or upgrade your plan.

Frequently asked questions

Open Billing and look at Plan Usage. Each counter shows what you have used against your plan's limit; the bar turns amber, then red, as you approach it.
Yes. Pending Team Member invitations count toward your invite capacity, the same as accepted members, so revoke unneeded invites to free space.
A published item is a content item that completed publishing in the current billing period. The published-items counter resets each period.
