Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026
This privacy policy is provided as a general product policy and should be reviewed before relying on it for formal legal purposes.

This Privacy Policy explains how Acrosite, a product of Zealsync Private Limited, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when users access the website, application, trial, paid subscriptions, and related services.

01Information We Collect

Acrosite is a product of Zealsync Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We collect information needed to provide the Service and to operate publishing workflows for Git-backed websites. The categories below describe the main types of information involved.

02Account Information

When you create an account, you may provide details such as your name and email address. We use this information to set up and secure your account and to communicate with you about the Service.

03Workspace and Project Information

Workspaces and projects contain information used to operate the Service, such as project settings, publishing configuration, and the roles of Team Members and Client Reviewers. This information is used to run the workflows you set up.

04Content and Media Data

We process the content and media you create or upload — including Posts, Pages, Custom Content Types, Custom Fields, and images — so it can be edited, reviewed, scheduled, and published to your connected Git-backed website.

05Connected Services and Integrations

When you connect services such as GitHub publishing and deployment-related integrations, we use them to perform the product workflows you request, such as committing content and recording the result of a configured deployment trigger profile.

Connected services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. We interact with them only to perform the actions you authorize.

06Billing and Subscription Information

Billing details are handled by payment providers. Acrosite should not store full payment card details. We may retain limited subscription information — such as plan, status, and billing dates — to manage your subscription and trial.

07Website and Usage Data

We may collect basic usage and device information when you visit the website or use the application, such as pages viewed and general technical information, to help us understand and improve the Service.

08Contact Form Inquiries

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, the topic, and your message, plus your company, website, role, and team size if you provide them. We use it only to reply to your inquiry.

On this website the form does not store your message in a database. It is sent once, through our email delivery provider, to an Acrosite mailbox, where we keep it for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Automated checks help us block spam and abuse of the form.

09How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to operate publishing, review, and scheduling workflows; and to communicate with you.

  • To operate accounts, workspaces, and publishing workflows.
  • To send account, product, billing, trial, and workflow notifications by email.
  • To provide support for product and sales questions you send us.
  • To maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

10How We Share Information

We do not sell personal data to advertisers. We share information only as needed to operate the Service — for example, with connected services you authorize and with service providers that help us run the platform — or where required by law.

11Data Storage and Security

We use security measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you use the Service understanding that risk.

12Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Content committed to your connected Git repository remains in your repository under your control.

13User Choices and Account Controls

You can review and update certain account information, manage workspace access for Team Members and Client Reviewers, and manage or cancel your subscription. You can also contact us with privacy requests.

14Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the website and application are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may depend on them.

15Marketing Communications

We may use your email for account, product, billing, trial, and workflow notifications. Where we send optional product or marketing messages, you can opt out of those communications.

16Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and professional users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

17International Use

The Service may be accessed from different regions. By using the Service, you understand that information may be processed in locations involved in operating the Service.

18Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

19Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your information, send a legal inquiry to Zealsync Private Limited through our contact form.
