Manage pending invitations

Track Team Member and Client Reviewer invitations that have not been accepted yet, and resend or revoke them. Pending invitations count toward your invite capacity.

GuideFor Owners and AdminsUpdated June 8, 2026

When you invite someone, the invitation stays pending until they accept it. The Team page shows your pending Team Member and Client Reviewer invitations so you can keep track of them and resend or revoke when needed.

Who this is for

Workspace Owners and Admins, who send and manage invitations.

Where pending invitations appear

Open your workspace and go to Team. Two sections track invitations that have not been accepted yet:

  • Pending Invitations — Team Member invitations that have not been accepted, revoked, or expired.
  • Pending Client Reviewer Invitations — project-level Client Reviewer invitations waiting for account acceptance.

When there are none, each section says so and prompts you to invite your first person.

Resend or revoke

For a pending invitation you can:

  • Resend it if the person did not receive the email — ask them to check spam first.
  • Revoke it if it was sent to the wrong person or is no longer needed.
Note
The invitation link is delivered by email, and the raw accept link is rendered once in that email — it is stored only as a hash, so it cannot be looked up or copied again later. If a link is lost, resend the invitation to generate a new one.

Invitations count toward your limits

Pending Team Member invitations count toward your plan's Team Member capacity, the same as accepted members. If you are at your limit, revoke an unneeded pending invite to free capacity, or upgrade your plan. See Billing, trial, and plan limits.

What happens next

When someone accepts a Team Member invitation, they appear in the Team Members list with the role you chose. When a Client Reviewer accepts, they gain review-only access to the project you assigned. See Manage Team Members to manage people after they join.
