Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026
These terms are provided for general product use and should be reviewed before relying on them for formal legal purposes.

These Terms govern access to and use of Acrosite, a product of Zealsync Private Limited, including the website, application, trial, paid subscriptions, and related services.

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of Acrosite, including the website, application, trial, paid subscriptions, and related services (together, the “Service”). Acrosite is a product of Zealsync Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

02About Acrosite

Acrosite is a minimal Git-backed content publishing platform for agencies, website owners, and content teams. It helps teams create, review, schedule, publish, and track content for Git-backed websites without requiring everyone to work directly in GitHub.

03Accounts and Workspace Access

To use most features you must create an account and a workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account or workspace.

Workspaces may include Team Members and Client Reviewers with different levels of access. The workspace owner is responsible for managing who has access and at what role.

04Trial Access

Acrosite provides a 14-day trial so users can evaluate the product before paying for a subscription. The trial is intended to let you assess whether Acrosite fits your publishing workflow. Each account may use one standard trial.

To start a standard trial you choose a paid plan and billing period and provide a payment method through our payment provider’s secure page. A payment method is required to help prevent misuse of free trials. Acrosite does not store your card details. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Trial subscriptions are priced and charged in US dollars (USD) regardless of your billing country; your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion fees.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial converts to the paid plan you selected and you authorize the recurring charges described under Subscriptions and Billing, starting on the trial end date shown before you provide your payment method and in Billing. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends from Billing, and you will not be charged for the trial.

Because the trial lets you evaluate the Service before any subscription fee is charged, paid subscription charges are generally non-refundable after the trial ends. Please use the trial period to confirm the Service meets your needs.

Accounts granted complimentary access by Acrosite, and users invited to join an existing workspace as Team Members or Client Reviewers, do not need to provide a payment method for that access.

05Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis. When your trial converts to a paid subscription, or when you start a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges for the applicable subscription period until you cancel.

Subscription fees, billing periods, applicable tax treatment, and plan details are shown before you provide a payment method or pay. Recurring charges renew automatically at the start of each new billing period unless the subscription is cancelled beforehand. Taxes are calculated by our payment provider based on your billing details where applicable.

06Refund Policy

Because a 14-day trial is provided before any subscription fee is charged, the following refund terms apply:

  • No refunds are provided after the 14-day trial converts to a paid subscription.
  • No refunds are provided for subscription renewals.
  • Renewal reminder emails may be sent before a renewal when applicable.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing their subscription and cancelling before renewal if they do not want to continue.
  • Exceptions, if any, are at Acrosite’s sole discretion or where required by applicable law.

07Cancellation Policy

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time. The following cancellation terms apply:

  • Users may cancel a trial before it ends, from Billing, and will not be charged for the trial; access continues until the trial end date.
  • Users may cancel their subscription before the next recurring billing date.
  • Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
  • After a renewal charge has occurred, cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle, and the subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
  • Users should cancel before the recurring charge happens if they do not want to continue.
  • Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

08User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you create and publish through the Service, and for ensuring you have the rights to publish it. You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, workspace, and connected services, and for managing access for your Team Members and Client Reviewers.

09Content and Customer Data

You retain ownership of the content and data you create or upload through the Service. Acrosite does not claim ownership of your content.

Content published to a Git-backed website is committed to your connected repository, keeping your content within your own Git history. You grant Acrosite the permissions necessary to operate the Service and perform the publishing workflows you request.

10GitHub Publishing and Connected Services

Acrosite integrates with GitHub publishing and may interact with deployment-related services to perform the workflows you request. When you connect a service, you authorize Acrosite to perform actions such as committing content and recording the result of a configured deployment trigger profile.

Connected services are operated by third parties under their own terms. Acrosite records a commit result and the provider trigger result it receives, but does not control or guarantee the behaviour of third-party deployment providers.

11Client Reviewers and Team Members

The Service supports collaboration through Team Members and Client Reviewers. Workspace owners control who is invited and what each role can do.

You are responsible for ensuring that the people you invite are authorized to access the relevant content and for removing access when it is no longer needed.

12Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to disrupt or compromise the Service, using it to publish unlawful or infringing content, or attempting to access accounts or workspaces you are not authorized to use.

13Service Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. The Service is provided on an ongoing basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

14Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product evolves. We aim to make changes that improve the publishing workflow, and significant changes may be communicated where appropriate.

15Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

On termination, your right to access the Service ends. Content already committed to your connected Git repository remains in your repository under your control.

16Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet every requirement.

17Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acrosite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

18Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
